Property Appraisals

Property appraisals offered by PennPRIME, at no cost to the Member, is a service that sets us apart. An on-site appraisal is provided on a regular basis. Annual valuations that are modeled through a nationally known property appraiser are provided between on-site appraisals. This service can also help the municipal entity meet some Governmental Accounting Services Board (GASB) requirements.
