PennPRIME provides a defense for Members through law firms specializing in public sector, labor and employment law in Pennsylvania and who's practices are concentrated on public entities.  We understand that issues affecting employment and personnel costs can be significant. The attorneys provided through PennPRIME are not just attorneys, they are counselors in the law.  They work with clients for the best outcomes and, in conjunction with PennPRIME, can provide training and direction before, during, and after a claim.  Our attorneys are also primary presenters at the Public Employer Labor Relations Advisory Service (PELRAS), which provides training to over 500 public employee managers each year.
