Ferguson Township Manager, David Pribulka

PennPRIME welcomes David Pribulka to our Board of Trustees.  David is the Manager of Ferguson Township, a dedicated member of both the PennPRIME Trust and the PennPRIME Workers’ Compensation Trust for the past 18 years.  The Township is a Home Rule municipality governed by five elected Supervisors.  Their staff of 56 full-time and 13 part-time employees serves a population of 18,310 within a thumb print of 52 square miles.  Ferguson Township is a Gold Certified Sustainable Pennsylvania Community. They are proud to have a police department that achieved accreditation from PLEAC (PA Law Enforcement Accreditation Coalition) in 2017 and a proactive State-certified Safety Committee.

After serving as Assistant Township Manager for five years, David was appointed to Manager in 2017.  David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Moravian College and a Master of Public Administration Degree from Kutztown University.

Prior to joining Ferguson Township, David was employed by The Hartford Insurance Group as an underwriter with their AARP affinity.  David lives in Pennsylvania Furnace with his wife, Stacy, and sons Andrew and Gabriel.  He is an avid fisherman, guitar player, and Eagles fan.
